I have worked with Art Riot Collective since the outset, supporting in a consultancy role and offering advice around best practice and setting up paperwork. Across 2026 I am supporting in a co-curator role alongside two disabled artists, looking at different methods to work with ARC artists to be co-curators, to think about what that means and to think about the support that needs to be in place to make that happen.

Jennifer Gilbert is a UK-based gallerist, producer and curator, working with disabled, neurodivergent and self-taught artists. In 2017 she launched the Jennifer Lauren Gallery to showcase and empower artists internationally, having previously managed a national arts charity for under-represented artists and been Creative Producer at a progressive art studio. Gilbert is passionate about promoting the voices and artworks of these artists to wider audiences, allowing their true artistic language to shine.
